Yesterday I was walking in my usual woods.It started raining.<\/p>

Normally, that’s the moment I get annoyed.Because it wasn’t planned.Because it interrupts.<\/p>

But yesterday was different.<\/p>

Instead of rushing,instead of complaining,I slowed down.<\/p>

I felt the rain on my face.I listened to the sound it made on the leaves.On the ground.Around me.<\/p>

And I realized how beautiful it can bewhen you stop fighting what’s happening.<\/p>

Sometimes, what’s happeningis not a problem to solve.<\/p>

Sometimes it’s a better sign.A sign to look in a different direction.<\/p>

But when you pause,when you let go of resistance,those other directions become visible.<\/p>

Sometimes we don’t suffer because of things.We suffer because we resist them.<\/p>

But when you let go,you find your way back to yourself.<\/p>
